The forms you need to complete real estate transactions - all at your fingertips
Thanks to a joint initiative between the Working Group on Lawyers and Real Estate and the Ontario Real Estate Association, lawyers in private practice now have access to OREA Standard Forms including Agreements of Purchase and Sale and Lease forms, in both English and French. Simply complete the Standard Forms online by filling in required information.
Get even more file management capabilities using the OREA Standard Form through RealtiWeb. You can save the information with your files, go back in and reproduce the forms and insert clauses into schedules more easily. Information can then be used in other parts of the RealtiWeb file.
All you have to do is register with LDD and pay the OREA annual license fee of $40.00 plus tax. You can then access the Standard Forms as often as you like for the remainder of the calendar year in which you paid the license fee.
