Introducing MyDrive, the latest feature in RealtiWeb, revolutionizing document management for LDD clients. With MyDrive, users can store and upload documents from all sources, organize documents in folders, and efficiently copy and rename documents.
As we wrap up January 2024, we're excited to introduce a range of enhancements. Notably, LDD WebDocumentServices underwent a transformative redesign, seamlessly aligning with RealtiWeb. For ClientConnect, the recent release of Intake Templates provides a versatile tool to customize questions for each transaction, enhancing data collection flexibility. Additionally, for Ontario clients, Tarion Enrolment Fee changes based on Tarion Registrar Bulletin 15 have been implemented for RealtiWeb and RealtiBuilderSales.
In late 2023, the Nova Scotia Federation of Law Societies clarified its stance on remote client identification. As of March 31, 2024, the temporary allowance for remote meetings concludes, introducing a more intricate authentication process for NS lawyers.
