C.
If you are getting any messages in the IE information bar instead of a small message window and this screen stays, please click LDD Security Tool to automatically set the security for you, then close this browser and open a new one.
The installation has encountered some difficulties. If you have responded to the previous messages properly, please finish the following steps now in order to complete the installation:
Step 1: Security settings need to be adjusted in order to use this Web site.
| Download & Run LDD Security Tool. This tool automatically sets the security for you. |
|
When you click on the above "LDD Security Tool" link, you will get a download message. Click the "Open" button if you are able to. Otherwise click "Save"
to save the file to your desktop and then double click on the RPWsecurity.reg file on your desktop to open it. |
| Click Yes on the message that follows: "Are you sure you want to add the information in c:\...\RPWsecurity.reg to the registry?". Then click OK to the confirmation
message: "Information in c:\...\RPWsecurity.reg has been successfully entered into the registry.".
|
Step 2: Close your browser and reopen it to make the new settings take effect. Go to the application site and click the auto run screen link again. It should automatically install the latest utility for you, and you should see the login screen.
Step 3: If step 2 is complete and the login screen still doesn't show up, your system security doesn't allow the auto run from Internet. In this case, it's recommended that you use the "Manually install/update" option.
