RealtiPLUSWeb® ("RPW") is a comprehensive real estate tool designed to facilitate the management of real estate transactions by law firms from start to finish. RPW is a web-based application that requires no software installation on the user’s computer. Pricing is transaction based so you only pay when you use the system for real estate transactions. There are No LICENSE FEES, and No SUPPORT COSTS!

File Management Capabilities

RPW's "state of the art" file management capabilities integrate the file intake process with built in calendar functionality, the LawyerDoneDeal WebDocumentRetrieval™ Inbox, a multi-dimensional Issues WorkBench™ and streamlined integrated TitlePLUS® application and policy issuance. One system covers all aspects of managing the file from retainer to reporting.

Document Production

Our document creation component affords lawyers access to over 300 constantly updated and widely used precedents for real estate transactions. Each precedent is fully customizable for a particular deal or for system wide firm usage. Full document creation capability allows users to import their own document versions as system precedents. You don’t have to be a computer programmer to create or change documents.

In addition document production can be tailored so that documents can be grouped and created to suit the law firm’s practice. Moreover creating requisition letters and requisition letter responses is made easy through the RPW Issues WorkBench.

TitlePLUS Integration

Included in the RealtiPLUSWeb application is a seamless and fully integrated TitlePLUS policy application and issuance capability. No need to input data twice. RealtiPLUSWeb makes sure the right information gets to TitlePLUS to facilitate the policy application/issuance process. Getting your TitlePLUS policy has never been easier.

Interconnectivety

In addition to TitlePLUS integration, RealtiPLUSWeb makes it easy to electronically search, retrieve and download information through Teranet, create documents in e-reg™, and access data and documents uploaded onto the LawyerDoneDeal WebDocumentRetrieval system.

What exactly is RealtiPLUSWeb?
The short answer is . . . everything you need it to be.

RealtiPLUSWeb has been developed on an application service provider model. This means that the actual software you are using resides on LawyerDoneDeal’s servers which are safely colocated in a special secure environment. Communication with the LDD servers occurs on an encrypted basis so that the security of your data is protected.

As a result of the application service provider model, our subscribers are always up to date with new improvements and additional capabilities. With our web related programs, running software upgrades on your network and workstations is a thing of the past.

In order to access RPW, you simply need Internet Explorer and high speed internet access. The system is available 7 days a week on a 24 hour per day basis from any location on any computer that meets the system requirements. Access to the system is based on user ids and passwords. Each user granted access to RealtiPLUSWeb internally has access to the firm’s files. Any number of users can be granted access to RealtiPLUSWeb at each law firm.

The cost to use the RealtiPLUSWeb system is transaction based: Purchase files are $15 each, Sale and Mortgage Refinance files are $10 each. There are no other costs associated with the system*.

Billing is based on the closing date - transactions closing within a particular month will be billed at the beginning of the following month**. You will be indicating your payment method of choice (Visa, Mastercard or PAD) when you sign up. A detailed, up-to-date billing report is available at all times in the RealtiPLUSWeb program.

*There may be a small cost to setup your letterhead for use with RealtiPLUSWeb.
**Based on the initial closing date entered.

To sign up for RealtiPLUSWeb:

Each lawyer requiring access to the RealtiPLUSWeb site in your firm must agree to the LDD Real Estate Services Subscription Agreement online and fax back the completed LDD Real Estate Services Registration Form to LDD at (416) 367-4066 or toll-free at 877-367-4066.
To enter the RealtiPLUSWeb site, a LAWPRO password is required (in addition to the lawyer’s LSUC ID). If each lawyer requiring access to RealtiPLUSWeb does not have a LAWPRO password, they can obtain one online or by calling TitlePLUS at 416-598-5899 or 1-800-410-1013.
