Remote Control Training and Support
We will support and train you remotely. If you require training on any of our products, call us to arrange a convenient time, and we will do a remote training session using Mikogo.
Find your downloaded LDDOnlineUtiliity.exe or LDDonline utility64.exe and run it now. It is likely in your Downloads folder unless you placed it elsewhere. Follow all instructions. If at any point it asks Modify or Repair – choose Repair.
Login to your program as you usually do.
