Get the support you need by telephone, fax and email when you need it. LawyerDoneDeal supports all our products. You can:

Remote Control Training and Support
We will support and train you remotely. If you require training on any of our products, call us to arrange a convenient time, and we will do a remote training session using Mikogo.

The LDD Online Utility
  1. Ctrl-click on the following link: (Note: The program that gets highlighted is the one you select.) Follow all instructions accepting everything.

    adjust your IE settings

  2. Ctrl-click to download one of the following. It is important to only Save it now - DO NOT RUN yet!

    (For older Windows use 32 bit. For Windows 7, 8 or 10, select the 64 bit. Again, select the one highlighted)

    LDD Online Utility for 32-bit Windows or LDD Online Utility for 64-bit Windows

  3. Close any open IE Browsers. This step is a MUST!

  4. Find your downloaded LDDOnlineUtiliity.exe or LDDonline utility64.exe and run it now. It is likely in your Downloads folder unless you placed it elsewhere. Follow all instructions. If at any point it asks Modify or Repair – choose Repair.

  5. Login to your program as you usually do.

Microsoft XML Service Pack (To be run only on instruction from LDD Support)
Run the Microsoft XML 4.0 Service Pack 3.0 or download and run the Microsoft XML 6.0 Service Pack 2.0 to update the version of MSXML on your workstation. This may be required if you experience IE browser issues with LDD applications.
