How to install:

  • Click here and Save the utility to your computer.
  • Close all your open Browsers.

  • Find your downloaded LDDOnlineUtility.exe or
    LDDOnlineUtility64.exe and run it now.

    During installation follow all instructions.

    If at any point you are asked to Modify or Repair, choose Repair.

  • Login to your program as you usually do.

Option 1: Automatically install/update.
Click here to go to the auto run screen. You may get different warning messages depending on what your Internet security settings are. If you are prompted to restart the computer, please do so.


Option 2: Manually install/update (recommended).
Click here to download and save the utility to your computer, then close all Internet Explorer windows. Install the utility from your computer by double-clicking it, and follow the instructions until it is complete. Note: If it is an update, please select "Repair".
IMPORTANT: Microsoft XML 4.0 Service Pack 3.0 or Microsoft XML 6.0 has to be installed in this computer before you can proceed. You can either let your browser automatically install it, or download and install it yourself.
